simple question to those with external dumped PTE Turbos

I am looking at getting an external dump o2 housing to go with my PTE 50 trim turbo but i have a question regarding the noise levels with this combo. I know everybody says that external dumps are only loud under full boost when the wastegate is open, but it seems that this would only be true on turbos that have a divider between the wastegate flapper and the exhaust turbine on the turbo. As you can see in the picture below, the T25 has a divider, but the PTE 50 trims (and some other turbos I'm sure) don't have this divider. It seems to me that without the divider the exhaust gases would constantly be dumping through the wastegate dump tube causing the exhaust to constantly be very loud. If you have a turbo without the divider and an external o2 dump please let me know how it sounds on your car, thanks.

The car will sound like you don't have an exhaust at all times. If you don't have the divider, you cannot run an external dump.
