since the last thread turned into a flame thread bashing the company and got closed before i got a chance to post anything about my expirance with them, i thought id make this one to let peopleknow how i feel
i prdered a black blitz turbo timer from extreme psi yesterday, earlier today they called my house twice and left a massage, and sent an email to let me know there was a problem with the order
they said that they didnt have anymore in black, only silver, and every other company they have called said blitz stopped making this timer and has a new one(the X one, i dont like it), they said they didnt know when or if they will be getting any black ones in, or any ore silvers for that matter, they said 1 place was getting a shipment friday that might have some black ones in it, but there was no guarantee
but they said they had a silver one and they could ship out one in that color to me today, so i agreed, they said it would be shipped before the day was over and i should have it by the end of the week

basicaly i just wanted to say that im very happy with their customer service, which is really whats important, distributors are really at the mercy of the vendors they buy from when it comes to things like turbos, they can only ship them as fast as the makers of the turbos send them to them, i would certainly order from them again(unless i never got my timer or something unexpected), just thought id give a little positive feedback since so many people seem to be bshing them

thats cool you got good service, its very important...

on a side note, this post doesnt really belong in the engine performace forum :shhh:

This has turned into a customer service thread, where people are bashing the vendor. As everyone knows, especially those who have been here a while, we do not allow this in our forums. I'm a little surprised by some of the people who posted in this thread, as they should know the rules.

Sounds like chris got a little mad at me OMG

well, sorry about that, but i think people should have a right to know if a vendor does good or stupid, so they dont waste time with other places

I ordered a Walbro 255lph fuel pump from them about 2 weeks ago. I was very sastisfied with them and their customer service. The prices are reasonable and my fuel pump came on time, actually a day early. I would gladly do business with them again and if it wasn't for Tom Saywer's business, I'd definately be going to Extreme PSI for more parts.

they shipped my turbo timer earlier today and gave me a tracking number already, when i checked the tracking number it said it should be here tomarrow, im quite happy with ordering from extreme psi

Last monday I called them on ?'s about the 56 trim turob kit and if it was in stock. And I got lucky and it was. Accually there was only one more PTE turbo in the shop and it was the 56 trim. I placed my order and recieved my tracking number the next day. I received my turbo kit on monday. The kit they supplied was great. I'm a very happy customer with them. Keep up the good work ove there guy.

i have dsm buddys in fargo that buy all their turbos from them. needless to say they are all toast. including mine. i bought one from nick in fargo, and it was freshly rebuild by extreme turbo.(warranty) it worked great for 30 minnutes. then poof. the smoke started rolling. everything was hooked up right without any kinks in the lines, or boost leaks. so, i decided to send the turbo off to agp turbo. (kevin from agp is a awsome guy by the way) well he said that the turbo had never been rebuilt, and that the center section was trashed! it will cost me 600.00 for all the repairs and oil lines. it needs a whole new center section. go to agp! i guess i shouldn't talk them up too soon, but so far their customer service is excellent!
