Simple horsepower

In my 1996 eagle talon i have a bored out block which is a 2.3 liter and i have a BIG 16 and 3in exhaust to a straight through muffler and i was wonder whut is the cheapest way to get more horse power because im a lil low on cash but id like to give it a benificial boost

what about a boost controller and fuel system? are those your only mods? that seems like not that much for a bored out block and a big 16. what kind of pistons? forged?
