Well the local DSM tuner here in MN just called me up and gave me the for sure that the cranked walked on my 97. If only I could list my mechanics "diagnosis". Everyone told me it was because I turned the boost up like 2 weeks before to 15 but now they are proven wrong. It's all good though, rebuild 6-bolt is done in a couple weeks. I wish all your engines the best of luck :thumb: . :talon:

Why did you post it here? No one cares if you have crank walk. This is performance forum.

i am tryin to figure out if mine is or not.. my engine shakes a lot when i turn the boost up and recently threw the belts and i had to replace a cam and crank sensor. how did they fix your prob. i have a 95 gst

I'm so sick of crankwalk forums :thumbdown . If you motor died i feel bad for you and best of luck, but its gotten so that everytime my motor makes funny noises or acts under powered I go "Holy shit crankwalk!!!!!"

I compare it wondering if you knocked up some random fat chick the night before from the bar.

try filling up your boost fluid and if that doesn't work... it's crankwalk.

gixrman.. i couldn't agree with you more, i think i read about as many crankwalk threads as i do venting and idle problem threads :thumbdown it gets old!

You guys all get pissed about something ONLY YOU can do something about. If you are sick of hearing about walking crank. THEN DON'T READ THE FORUM!!! It's that easy.

If you ask me we should just have a forum named "Crankwalk Forum, the most overrated automotive myth ever"... But it still does happen...

you guys need to chill out on flamming him. Some people rely on there car alot to drive them for work or school, and if they get a symptom of CW of course there gonna freak out, because thats there way of transportation. People who dont really trip out about it are people who have two or more cars that they can transport themselves or a master mechanic who can drop in a 6bolt by lunch time. :dsm:

It was posted in the wrong forum.

Autronic, you don't need to be such a dick about it.
