ross street pistons ?

how good are ross street pistons.
compare them to wiseco are they better or worse ?
how much hp they have been proven to be safe with this pistons ?
anyone ever heard anyone breaking eagle rods ?
i'm in position when i'm going to do a rebuild one more time and this time i'm going to change rods and pistons so i need some information from actual users :]

Ross doesn't have a "street" piston or a "race" piston. The actual forging is what Ross calls a performance forging, it's the same blank used on shelf stock part numbers or custom part numbers. They do have some different ring sets and wrist pin options available.

Ross and Wiseco are both good pistons. Each has some points better than the other. Either way you get good pistons.

Eagle rods are good but you may need to size both ends right out of the box. I've never personally seen or heard of a Mitsu rod failure in any brand that wasn't caused by the tuning.
