Ok so after much poking and proding I finally got my talon to start up after swaping the engine. It turns out that me in all my immortal wisdom pluged the fuel pressure regulator into the the EGR solenoid and not the fuel pressure solenoid valve causing a no start. But anyways back to my orignal problem.I got the 3" gm MAS and am using it as a blow through rather than a draw through set up.Well here is where it gets tricky, the car will only start with the throttle 100% open and the translator unpluged from the MAS but not the main harness. And with the throttle 100% open it only idles at about 2200 rpm, but as soon as the MAS is pluged in it kills the motor.WTF is up with that.Anyways me and my German cohort are completly stumped with this one.The only thing that we could possibly come up with is 1. The timing is way off 2. the translator is configured way wrong and it is running the car way too lean or 3. the boost controler needs to be opened up because the trubo is sucking all the air out of the motor.Thants all we can come up with, if anyone out there has had any experince with this sort of thing it would be most appreciated.I would really like to see if anyone out there can help me figure this thing out by the end of the week, I have races that I would like to go to on saturday. Thanks in advance.
