evo3 or 2g manifold ?

the evo 3 and 2g manis are identical except for the that the evo has slightly larger runners, so abviously it will flow better, it was made to flow for a 16g rather then the 2g mani that was designed to flow best with a t-too small turbo
but unless ur planing on upgrading ur stock turbo to a 16g or bigger ur just wasting ur money, if ur going to spend money on an evo mani u might as well just get a mitsu garret hybrid that will bolt up to that so u dont have to waste money on another pricy exhaust mani

I am not sure if EVO3 manifold actually flows better than 2G. People used to say that 2G flowed better than 1G manifold, but no-once was able to prove it.

What does make EVO3 manifold much better is the fact that it comes with 6cm opening (for 7cm^2 housing). If you have any aspirations of running a 16G or any other turbo with a ported 6cm inlet, then you definitely want to get the EVO3 intake. It makes port job much easier!

However, if all you are using is 14b or T-25/28, then stick to 2G manifold.

7cm^2 housing has 6cm inlet
6cm^2 housing has 5.5cm inlet
