I have a 93 NT head (will be using 91 5 speed turbo cams) that I am puttin on a 6 bolt block. I know I will have to make the headstud holes 1mm bigger for them to fit.
But what else has to be done? I cant remember, dont you have to unplug something in the head?

The only thing you "unplug" is where the turbo oil feed line connects to the head with a banjo bolt.

No they are identical, and the reason Im using this 93 head is becasue the 93-94 head have superior coolant passages over the 90-92 head.

Thats it? I pulled that bolt out of there on the 93 NT head and I dont see a hole or anything in there for oil to come through?

Stick something in there, (phillips screwdriver) It could be coked up with nasty old burnt oil thats blocking the passage. That passage runs all the way through head.

While your at it, There are 4 passage ways that run through the head, they are plugged with the allen headed plugs on both ends of the head. Pull those plugs and use a rifle barrel bruss and brake cleaner to clean the passages out.
