Need 3" downpipe that doesn't eliminate cat

worse comes to worse, buy a normal downpipe and a hi-flow cat in the same diameter in and out and then have them weld it in wherever the difference in length is before the cat-back.

RoadRace Engineering makes a 3" DP and cat setup. You can get a 3" DP, 3" cat, and a test pipe to match. Then you can unbolt the cat and bolt in the test pipe when you go to the track. It works good like this. Depending on your exhaust, you can also get it made to bolt right up to your exhaust.

Even though its a 3" cat, that still doesnt mean its necessarily emmisions legal. In some places, altering the exhaust before the cat, or replacing the cat with something not OE, is not legal.
