crank puller question?

ok are the crank pulleys on 1g interchangeable with the 2g cars?
the reason im asking this is because im doing the sixbolt swap and i have read that the crank puller on 1gs has a tendency to crack on high mileage cars(my engine had 183000 fromthe junk yard) and i have my 7 bolt engine with 122000 miles on it..

ive never heard about the high mileage thing. ive heard however they do crack but that is because theyre lighter and have less mass therefore they pull and exploding flywheel kind of thing. no i doubt the 1g and 2g are not interchangeable. theyre 2 completely different engines.

1. - It's crank "pulley," not crank "puller."

2. - The can seperate due to them just wearing out over time. Get a new one.

3. - 1g and 2g are different.

4. - I have no idea what this bullcrap is about them being lighter and therefore blowing up. Weight has no relevance here, and something being lighter does not have anything to do with it having a tendency to blow up. Lightened flywheels do not blow up because they weigh less (not directly).
