Engine Swap for 96 TSI AWD any ideas???

I need some ideas from all of my fellow DSM'ers I have money and 1996 Eagle Talon TSI AWD, but I want more , what kind of engine swap should I do ? Money is no object but I need something that'll fit and wont need some work , or at least something close, so all opinions are welcome. Hope to hear from Everybody

if money really is NO object then you could go really far out and put the mclaren f1 engine in . or a little more realistically an sr20det or the rb26dett. you know the 240sx or the skyline engine. or you could put a vtec but some would say that is blasphemy, idk. or put a rotary engine from an rx7 or the new renesis engine from the rx8. that would be freakin awesome! a rotary powered eclipse! tight!

Dude, build up a 6 bolt, swap it in. Dont listen to the dude above you. I think hes just joking or at least i hope he is. But you know how some people are about vtec engines...

Swap to one of those 4G63 engines. It has been done once, guy loves it.
Get a PTE 50 Trim turbo, injectors, engine managment, exhaust, intake, etc for the engine and it will treat you well.

That is the ultimate DSM engine swap!

Or was this thread spposed to be as unrealistic as possible? OK, then get a jet engine!

nah, put a front wheel drive caddy 32 northstar v-8 in it. You might can get the hood to close and then you'd have a torque monster.
