t04b / t04e inlet size?

just looking through the AGP site, noticing they offer compressor housings of the Garrett t04b and t04e variety. For example, on the L1 and the L1R, it comes with a t04b. What inlet size is this? Trying to piece together in my head what size dejon intake i would theoretically need for an AGP level 1 turbo .. standard 2.5" or big 3" intake?

for grins, how large is the inlet size for the t04e housing?

The T04B has a 2.75" inlet and the T04E has a 3". So what you want to do is get a 3" intake tube and when you buy the turbo just tell us that you want a 3-2.75" silicone reducer with it. We have them on the shelf for $20.

hey kevin (or anyone) what's the outlet size on these turbos? meaning would i be needing a 2.5" tubular O2 housing and downpipe or a 3 incher setup?

2.5" should suffice....

Personally I reccomend getting 2.5" to clear the oil filter, after that go a full 3"


I think RRE's Downpipe is perfect in that sense..

The L1R is still a month or so away from being released.

The turbine housing outlet sizes are pretty much the same as any other upgrade turbo. You can run your stock o2 housing if you want. I would recommend porting it, or getting an EVO o2 housing. A 2.5" tubular would be nice, www.122performance.com has reasonably priced units.

I'm running a 2.5" 122 Performance o2 eliminator. I was very happy with the service I got from Andy.

It's much more affordably priced than the VP equivalent. Thumbs up for 122performance.
