Exhaust, Where to finish

Well as of now im not really sure were my aim is to go for the Exhaust. As of now i have a 3" RRE Long Down pipe/W Apexi N1 catback. Now i have been thinking to go with 02 housing first buy also think that i may want to get a Larger Exhaust Manifold. From what i hear is that the Larger say 2G exhaust Manifold and Evo3 will Hurt spooling time up since exhaust gas will move slower but will flow much better top end, is that true?

So im just in look for some input on were to go for next mods, maybe i need to step away from the exhaust and do some other things. PS i plan on Getting Logger and AFC. SO no need to tell me that Other mods are listed in profile!!!

If you want a little better top end, but still not hurt the spool go with the 2G manifold and dont port it out. But yes that is true.

Just remeber the smallest diamiter on your exhaust is the bottle neck, take it one step at a time.

Sorry to be stupid so what is the BOTTLE NECK.

So what would you suggest 02 housing (Dumped) or Ported EXhaust Mani?

What he was trying to say is that whatever place in your exhaust system has the smallest diameter, that spot is where the most constriction (i.e. bottleneck) is.

And my vote is for a new O2 housing. Or better yet, an O2 eliminator downpipe.
