Whats up everyone, I'm new to this forum. I have a 95 GSX auto, and the color is Biscayne Pearl green it kind of looks lime green. I want to get a BOV and a Turbo Controller. Someone told me if i don't recirculate the BOV that the car will give me poor gas mileage and will run to rich. Is this true, I don't mind that at all! On the Turbo Controller that same person, told me that i can't up the boost to 15 psi without changing my injector and fuel pump because I would be running to line if I don't change those out. Is this correct or can I safely boost 15 psi on stock fuel system. Thanks I just want to get everything staight before I mess up my car.

thanks

They are absolutly correct about the BOV, you MUST RE-CIRCULATE IT! I can not stress this enough. If you vent you will have problems. If you want a loud BOV then buy an upper intercooler pipe and a Greddy Type-S. Cut the snorkle out of your intake pipe (the one from the MAS to the Turbo) and get an HKS SuperMega Flow intake. It seems to let the most amount of noise through for me. With that setup my BOV is so loud people get pissed off and roll their windows up in cars next to me LOL.

As for a boost controller, you can run about 16psi on the stock fuel system. THe thing about the turbo on your car is that it's soooo small you wont really be able to out flow your stock fuel system. Even if you turn it way up it will come back to 12psi around redline anyways so your pretty well stuck with that. It just can't physically flow enough air to make more than 12psi of boost. Even at that its just a lot of hot air and not much HP increase. Turning it up does help your midrange however as you get more boost in the mid which is nice.

What you should do is get a turbo upgrade even if it's a 14B from a 1st Gen talon and make up a new lower intercooler pipe, that will give you a big jump in power.

For your fuel system if you want to be sure just incase get a Walbro Intake 190LPH fuel pump that will help you out a bit and make sure you have enough fuel flow..

yeah, with your stock turbo your fuel system is fine. you can get a little more power out of it by porting out the intake and exhaust ends, and porting out your exhaust manifold. if you havent upgraded your exhaust system it would also be a good idea to extract all the power you can out of the stock turbo. a fmic would also be a good idea if you plan on turning up the boost to 15 psi and beyond.
