how much can the clutch handle???

hello, soon my eclipse will have about 350 hp, But I wonder if the clutch can hold that much power, can somebody tell me more????

your stock clutch cant, hell, my stock clutch lasted til 60k miles and that was all on stock turbo, you should kill yours within a few weeks, if ur lucky ACT 2100 or 2600, depending on how big you wanna go... over 400whp and i would recommend a 2600, but i dunno, just my $.02

Largely depends on your driving style...

My clutch with 144k miles on it doesn't grab for crap at launch. When I bought the car at 120k it grabbed well so I guess I drive harder than the previous 2 owners? My tranny agrees with me

i have a stock clutch with less then 10k miles on it, after installing the 20g it cant take a full launch, it just slips, and sometimes now when i punch it the revs jump up a little before it catches, its just slipping at any time now, they cant take it, and my car is probably only around 300whp
