More infamous Greddy Type-S sounds...

Just recently, I've been getting a wierd sound coming from my Greddy Type-S. Under high boost, when I let off the gas, I get this real hard squeeking sound immediately followed by the whistling sound. I adjusted back and forth but am still getting this wierd squeek. Any ideas?
