-t3/t28 turbo or the 18g

-hks carbon ti, greddy PE, or the apexi N1

-greddy type S bov, or hks ssq

-autometer, greddy, or apexi gauges

T28, because the 18g is known to be crap.

Apexi N1 because it is the closest to a REAL 3" exhaust out of those 3.

Type S because the SSQ is not recirculated easily, if you vent your car will run like crap

Not sure on the guages, I know autometer are by far not the top of the line, but they work fine for most of us. Defi gauges are the best I think.

Apexi or Greddy are nice, autometers are fine if you are on a budget and not buying them for the JDM "bling" factor.
 
For the exhaust: I have the HKS Carbon-Ti. It's 3" most of the way, but you've got a section of 2.5" pipe that houses the O2 sensor where it mates up to the stock cat; if you go that route, and want a "true" 3" exhaust, you'll need to have a piece cut and welded in place for you, with an appropriate flange, O2 bung, and hangars. (Right now, my cat has a reduction to 2.5"; I haven't taken the time to fix it "properly", since a short reduction like that isn't going to affect me too much yet. Later, it'll become a big deal.)
