Full rebuild cost? please help

Ok, Since a month ago my car has been running real bad. It's sumer and i have to warm up my car becuase if i dont, and give it gas, it will jerk and my stock boost guage reads 14 and i'm barely on the gas.
I canhardly accelerate when the engine is cold, it just jerks. I'm thinking i'm in need of a rebuild of the engine.

SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE ME SOME INFORMATION!!!!

Change the sparkplugs and make sure you find out how to turn that boost down.

The way it acts may have nothing to do with your engine being ready for a rebuild or not.
Have a good shop diagnose it and you can go from there.
