used car problems

I bought my car used mostly stock of an auto crosser and I assumed he was an experinced dsm'er. When I was doing the maintenince I found a couple of bolts missing, no big deal, just little brakets and stuff usally missing one out of 3 or 4. droping the trans, my friends says "hey tom where does you sway bar connect to, wtf the left side has no endlink thingy to connect the sway bar to the A arm, you get the idea. just venting, question The ground strap on my down pipe was disconected, the car ran fine before doing the trans , it's all rusty should I worry about connecting it back up again? or wait till I do the exhuast? is it elminating my 02's, I never had a check engine light.

its just a ground strap.. supposedly helps for gas mileage..

Man, when I put my 6bolt in, I had a box of parts left over! :rooleyes:

hehe, gotta love the unintentional car lightening.

I had a few bolts left over when I swapped my turbo (just for the heat shield, the annoying ones that you can't reach)
