20G turbo setup

Can anyone tell me if this:

is a good price for the setup ? (20G with manifold and O2 housing)

It's good price for what the guy has done to the turbo.

There is one problem that I see. In the photos it is still using the HRC adapter plate meaning that its using the 10cm housing which is a T3 flange. He mentions that it has an 8cm housing. The 8cm housing is not in the pictures.
