SBR Intercooler kit

This site may earn a commission from merchant affiliate links, including eBay, Amazon, and others.

Save yourself the hassle of crap service and spend a coupe extra bucks with a company that can supply you parts on time and can fill your order properly. many FMIC kits are available to us right now. my choice is the www.indyracecores.com kit

ken is a stand up guy,you can just about always get in contact with him. you may wait a few weeks for your core but you will know up front exactly how long it will take. i have the IRC street core and aluminum radiator :thumb:

Ken @ IRC's service leaves quite a bit to be desired. His products, however, do not.

Order from IRC, take how long Ken tells you it will take to ship and triple it. Don't consider the tripled timeframe as set in stone.

You will be satisfied when the product arrives. Just make sure you order way ahead of when you plan on needing the part.

I can't emphasize how important that is. I've yet to order from a vendor who actually shipped my stuff within a week of me ordering.

On average its about a month.

Magnus shipped my intake out the day after i ordered it.:thumb:

yea well i have had great service from SlowBoy and my stuff arived the say they said it would. and shiped out the day after i ordered it. and i know there turbo's are realy nice (SBR GT's) so I dont see why there intercooler would be crap but it dont look like it is the best either.. but it sure is big LOL..

this is why i was hopeing for more info on it.. not vendors

I ordered a kit from Ken on 4/29 and all I got back was a paypal receipt of the transaction. I've left him a VM and 2 emails, one to Andy as well and haven't heard a peep from him. Please tell me your secret on how to get a hold of him will you. I'm sure the kit will be awesome when it arrives.

His user name is on AIM most of the day. Becuase he is a vender and has many customers i am not at liberty to give out his AIM ID. But im sure he will give it to you if you ask him for it. ken is honestly one of the few good guys in this business.

The last time i spoke to ken about a intercooler he told me wait time is about a month so. i would guess you still have a week or two left before you see a intercooler. But again im not IRC so take this with a grain of salt.

Just go to the dsm irc channel and you can see him chatting their most of the time.

I can honestly say this. If you want a front mount expect a 3-4 week wait.

I can also say mike at slowboy has been easier to get ahold of than other vendors and is known for being a stand up guy.

My friend has the victory front mount it is very nice looking, but he had to wait 8 weeks for it.
