I searched and i couldnt find anything on this but here it goes i have a 40mm wastegate ready to go on. Now there are 2 vacumm hook ups. I have a MBC now i belive u use the lower one on the wastegate but what do i do with the one on top do i plug it or leave it open??? thanx everyone!!

I am installing the 40mm tial too..so the one on the side of the wastegate goes to the boost controller and the one on the top or in the very middle of the (round part) is left open?????

why do the even include the fitting that screws into it then...maybe for a different car or something???

You would use it with a Profec Boost controller, for one, but for an MBC, leave it vented.

hey guys i have the 40mill to and i was driving yesterday and i relized that the peice on the top ot the wastegate came off should i worrie abut it or no thanx.oh yea i was parked when i looked at it :thumb:

anyone have instructions on how to install one of these with an hks evc4? The controller can get switched to internal and external, however I am thinking I can just leave it the way it is and take the vacuum line that went to the wastegate actuator on my 16g and just hook it to the external wastegate now and leave everything else the same. Wouldn't that work as well? Or why have 2 pressure source nipples for electronic?
