HKS EVC or Profec B or Blitz Dual Solenoid Boost Controller

I'm in the market for a boost controller, but can't decide which one to buy.

Any opinions, to which would be the best buy, money is not an issue.

which version hks evc and profec b are u considering? there is a new profec b ii and like a bunch of different EVCs.. i think the cheapest is the Profec B (old style)..and its done the job for many years.. and now iwth the new profec b ii out.. the old style should be even more cheaper.. thus making it the most affordable ebc..

I have an EVC-EZ and love it. Its basically just a MBC with a cockpit knob to control the boost from inside. None of the fuzzy logic garbage.

In various tests the Profec B has proven to be the most consistent ebc as far as controlling boost spikes. I'm not sure about the regular Profec, but in the manual for my Profec B Spec II it states that it controls up to about 46 psi.

evc ez or a manual in my opinion...i wouldnt run anything besides one of those on my car (unless i guess if i wanted rpm based control and something like that)

I just installed my HKS EVC 5 about 2 weeks ago and it's awsome. HKS wants $720 for it + shipping... save yourself some cash and go to our vendor listing and get it from EDO performance. the down side is the instructions are in japaneese, and is measures in kpa, but it's priced at $480. i have a conversion chart for kpa to psi, and i can also fax you the instructions for the EVC in english. go to edo and check it out, and if you decide to get it let me know and i'll get those instructions to you.
