Columbus,
I've currently got my exhaust manifold off and have had 2 loose studs for a while now. What are my options for fixing them. I was guessing that Loctite red or JB Weld won't work. Is a helicoil my only option?

well what do you mean loose?
Are the broken off in the head, stripped bolts in the head or just plain loose? If they are just loose then use some lock tight and tighten it back down in the head. The best way to do this is with two nutts attached to the stud, tightening them against one another ---> tightens the stud into the head. Make sure to let it sit for a while before you go screwing with it again though...
