1g big rods

just wondering how much horse power can 1g big rods handle. i'm using rods off a 92 tsi 6-bolt with ross pistons.

Well from what I have seen and read there are people running 11's and 10's with first gen big rods....so thats some horsepower there....they are pretty damn strong IMO...

I think 450whp is about the practical safe limit, although i think a few have attained 500 to 550 whp without snapping rods.
