6-bolt swap ?

I'm planning a motor build soon and want to install a 6-bolt 2.4 stroker and 1 gen head. I have looked at magnus site and road race. Has any one done this themselves and what is it going to take? What are the problem areas of the swap? I have DSM Link to tune with. Need help with this please!! No one in my area has done this swap before and I need as much information as possible to get this done.
