before i get bashed upon by everyone about not searching the
keywords before posting i did look and alot of em came up
and none really answered my question...so here goes...

just recently installed my T3/T4 kit on my 2G DSM FWD
and now im having problems...
first...Oil line to Turbo is leaking...that can easily be
fixed...

second...(and heres the real problem) my Air/Fuel ratio
gauge is really stuck on "Lean" which isnt good...ON IDLE!!!
i dunno if i accidently pulled something that was crucial for tha
gauge to read...but its constantly on LEAN....it has only jumped
to rich 3 times since i've had the turbo on which is like 4 hrs now.
usually my A/F gauge runs on the rich side and when i put it in
nuetral or put the clutch in...it goes blank until i gas it again...
so that was kinda wierd and alarming for me.

third...my check engine light came on and i dunno wut it is...
i can definitely get that read tho..so not really a problem more than
annoying...

my main concern is that im running more rich than lean...
anyone here have the same problems...???

thanks for the advice
you can hit me up on AIM - hib00st (two zeros not O's)

It could be just your gauge, and if you have a T3/T4 kit I certainly hope that the ### AF gauge is not your only means of seeing how your engine is running..Best bet is to get a datalogger and see what's up.....

if ur car is just on idle or ur not stepping on the gas, ur car should be running lean. when ur at idle the ECM puts enough fuel in each cylinder just to keep the engine from dying.

oh and definatly a datalogger or at least EGT, and realy make sure u have oil pressure-or there go ur bearings

Later Ohms

cool...so next step is definitely get a datalogger!...
thanks for the replies!

also when i gas it for at least 30% throttle
it still runs lean...thats why i am concerned...

i have an AFC and 550CC but the injectors arent installed
yet. and i plan on Dyno-tuning it..

damn..i had an opportunity to get a datalogger for
$100...shoulda borrowed the money form my friend!
damn!
