Well at work today a guy pulled up with his 95 gsx and i noticed gauge pods in his car so i asked him what he runs in the quarter he said with his t3\t4 turbo he gets high 12s... and i asked (since i have a b16g) how he had his fuel tuning set up and he said all he did was get some AN fuel connection parts and he said that the stock fuel pump and injectors can hold up to 400 Horse with the bigger AN fuel connections... he told me to go to Club Dsm where there is a Web page on how to install it ... im asking you guys HAVE you ever heard anything like this before??? cuz i would really like to know more if its true... the Guy seemed legit.. has anyone heard of this and if so where is the HOW TO page on the clubdsm website????

This is what I did. No idea why these guys make it so difficult.

I tapped the rail 3/8's which you don't even have to drillout. I screwed in a 3/8 brass fitting and put in an elbow out to a 5/16 barbed fitting. What you cant see is I attached 5/16 line to it then into another barbed fitting on my SARD AFPR then back out to the stock fuel line with a 1/4 barbed fitting. I'll post another pic of that afterwards.

The stuff you see that I used to put it together is a special compound for pipe fittings that gets hard like JB weld and holds 10,000psi when fully cured. It's called LH050 or something like that... You can stull use normal tools to remove it afterwards if you want to take it apart.

I looked at this however they cost $25 where my brass fittings were less than $1 and you end up having to use all AN fitting unless you get a AN to barb fitting. Which you would need that AN fuel rail end, then a AN to NPT converter then a 90deg elbow, then a barbed fitting. Just too many fittings IMO so I never botherd with that route. Plus it would likely not fit because the timing belt is in the way and it would be out way too far.

Yes what I did was not reversable however fuel rails are sooo cheap it doesn't matter anyways.

Yeah stainless lines are nice too. I will probably go with cheap brass fittings.

Do you have more pics showing the lines and regulator?

I went with the diamondstarmotorsports adaptor also. I also ordered a 90 -6 an female swivel to -6 1n female swivel fitting which will in turn hook up to my aeromotive afpr.

For the peeps that did the AN or larger fittings from the stock hard line to the rail .. what were the results?
