after a few hours of checking to see y my boost kept sky rocketing past 20 PSI ,one of you guys told me to just disconnect my manual boost controller and run a "T" from my bov to my wastegate becuase of the 10 spring in the wastegate... i did this and yes i got a steady 10PSI in 2nd gear on up No fluctuating watsoever pulled very smoothly TILL REDLINE instead of the t25 fall off around 5.500 rpm... so as i was driving around with only 10 psi i figured well SH|t i got a manual boost controller so i might as well figure out wats wrong.... after thinking it through i figured the spring in the wastegate must be very weak so i just replaced the spring in my boost controller with a weaker one and i turned the knob to gain 1 extra PSI so i was then running 11PSI ... then later i cranked it to 13PSI and that is where i have it currently setup at.. and damn it pulls like a mother ive never experienced anything like it.... i cant wait to get new injectors and a good exhaust and maybe a bigger IC... haha more boost... well sorry for the long post and THANKS to all those who helped me find out wat was wrong.... my Talon is running like a CHAMP now and its flawless thanks again!!!:thumb: :talon:

I gota get myself a MBC.. gona order one and the darn gaskits i need for the manifold/turbo.. install my ACT 2100 and i'll be just as happy as you.. except i think i'll run 14-15psi.. :shhh:

all I can say is be carefull..boost is addictive...I would say dont go above 14psi on your 16g without injectors,fuelpump and some sort of fuel control...not sure what your mod list is but good to hear your cars running like it should...I bought the hallman MBC and have never looked back...great controller for the money...and much better and quicker response than my home made one*vfaq style*
