1G CAS on a 2G

I am gettingready to do the 1g head swap on my 95 gsx. I have read through the vfaq on road race and I am not sure about the cam angle sensor part. Would it be possible to go to a 1g cam angle sensor instead of th 97-99 cam angle sensor?

Yes.. you can wire a 1st gen CAS into a 2nd gen.
