hey guys i'm gonna attemp to do the 1g swap with 2g heads, the only thing i'm confused with is that i went onto magnus motorsports web, and read the install page, then went to RRE's page, and there stuff on drilling the block? this is where i am confused, do i need to do the drilling or can i send the block to a machine shop for them to do? was thinking about sending into hess, or SBR. what do you guys think? let me know on some stuff i'm missing, gonna start ordering the parts so i can get started. thanks guys for all the help with this.

Drilling the block ? You just need to get the head machined to fit the 1G head studs. :)

LOL, ya i didn't thin it was riite, maybe i was reading something else:D that takes alot of my shoulders. thanks for the reply :thumb:

WEhen you say drilling, do you mean the drilling they are telling yoiu for the front case with the oil pump gears and stuff? If you are, it's easier to judt get a 1G than having it all drilled out.

ya thats it, i don't wanna do any drilling, gonna try to do this myself instead of paying labor out my azz, with the extra money i can buy more upgrades:| thxz for your help
