Joe P. I might be cause he's a friend of mine and hang out in my area but i really like it. Easy to install and easy to use. he also now has a EMBC on his site. Im looking into that also.

home depot racing team.

well, my opinion is the greddy profec b, since you didnt state weither we prefer electric or manual. i like it cus you can change boost on the fly, without having to stop and pop the hood to do so.

TurboXS Dual Stage Boost Controller... two preset boost levels at the flick of a switch... and costs less than HALF of an EBC...

Halman mbc for $45. Why do you want to turn your boost up in the car anyhow... so you can blow your engine trying to suck out a few more psi? For me it is too tempting to have it in the car. The only time I will change my psi is at the track and it is not that hard to pop the hood.

for those of us NOT blessed with AWD... we have a low setting for the launch and for second gear so we can catch traction... and a higher setting for 3rd and up... when we are already rolling and can put the extra power to the ground... shift to third, hit the switch... I go from 10psi to 16psi... and I don't just spin the tires with the pedal to the ground in 1st and 2nd...

another reason would be to have a "gas friendly" setting (low) and a "merging onto a busy freeway" (messing with V8's) setting... and we don't have to stop on the side of the road... pop the hood... get out your screwdriver... turn it an 1/32 of a turn... and get back in for that extra 6psi....

but I guess you like having to choose between either wasting gas all the time, or having no power... that's cool with me bro...

I can still hold boost at 10psi if I want with the work of my foot but I drive my car 30-40 miles per day so I am going to go through gas no matter what. I dont go around pushing full boost everyday so I don't see it as a problem. I just like having mine set so I can use it when I want. My boost isn't set right now because I think I have a bad wastegate. No matter how I set it, even with the mbc off, I creep to 20psi and hit fuel cut. It is in the shop right now (hopefully being fixed).

easy fix for the screwdriver--a wingnut

I don't waste gas and I have power when I want it. That is why the long pedal has travel to it and not just on/off. :thumb:

^^^ Thats what I bought the dejon tool mbc for like 50 bucks.

Anyone else have input on this mbc? Is it decent? Will I have any Problems, Installing it, using it, etc. Any tips?

Thanks.
