oil thingy ??????

I need to know what the little oil thing that leads to the oil squirters is called...from what i can tell it looks like a fuel rail only for oil This is the first time ive been inside this block and just wanted to know what the damn thing is called....it looks like its held on by a hex head 8mm....sorry for being so vague

I believe only the turbo 4G63's have them..not possitive though...it looks like nobody else knows what the thing is called...PLEASE!!!
