Lookin at getting a frank stage 4 turbo. any comments on this, will it run good in my 95 GSX, anyone have any better ideas. my goals are 500+ hp and low 11 to mid 10 1/4's. i want your advice.

a frank stage 5 turbo powered a GS Spyder (not a 4g63) to a 12.1, but that's FWD, 4g64 and heavy... i'd hate to be next to it on a highway though

Only Frank even close to the money is the Frank 5. But for that kind of money, and those goals, just go buy an FP Red, and all the supporting mods. A Frank 4 won't get you into the 10's. A frank 5 MIGHT, but why not use a turbo that has already been tehre? The FP Red has gone 9's no nitrous, and there are many other garrett options that will get you where you need to go.

Going completly all out, no holds bar on this? Go with a Raptor from tchargers. It's been in the 10's (shutting down and coasting to the line) and has the hp#s above 500 on a certain white GSX.

i know some1 in housten with a green awd with the raptor t-76 on it

The frank 5 and the red are very similar. The Frank has a 60 trim compressor wheel, while the red has the newer 60-1 trim. On the exhaust side, they are very similar, although the machining the two companies do may be different.

A Frank 5 has taken a FWD (used to be the fastest one in the country) to the low/mid 12's. I also know of a fellow with a red who made 500 whp and consistiently runs low 11's at 126-127.

Hope this helps!

This guy I use to work with had a Frank 5 and he had some supporting mods not quite all and he's made passes in the mid 12's when his car was running crappy. Unluckily he's yet to get it running good. Sounds like they got quite a bit of power though.:thumb:
