Will a punishment downpipe work with a Megan Racing Exhaust?

I recieved a Megan racing 3 inch exhaust as a gift but no downpipe. I Do have a 3 inch downpipe that came with my car however it does not have a flange on the end of it as it was cut and sleeved to fit a barely 2 1/2inch exhaust that was less then stellar when i got the car. I'm interested in purchasing a new Downpipe and was looking at the one from Punishment. Do there downpipes work with other systems? I'm worried the flanges won't match between the systems and although I can weld and have acess to the equipment its just something I'd rather avoid. I just want it to fit without hassle. I also can't see paying $189 for a megan downpipe even though it looks like a quality piece were as the Punishment downpipe is $115 and the quality looks to be pretty sweet.

The Megan and punishment look different on the end where the cat/test pipe would go, but you could make it fit. I personally would just go with the Megan racing down pipe, that way you don't have to cut, weld, and do all that noise

I have a PR DP and a Megan 3 inch exhaust, fits fine.

Spoke to Tim At Punishment and what I was told was that as long as the Test Pipe is there with the Megan Exhaust system then there Downpipe will work without a problem and that ther downpipe is very close in design to the Megan Downpipe.
