take care of fuel cut in advance? or wait for it first?

I'm working on a bunch of upgrades and was thinking of getting rid of my 1G mas and 510s for a 2G mas and 550s so I can put fuel cut out of my mind. I have no AFC and the car goes fine, heck, it even passed VA emissions on the 510s with LOTS of room (I have NO AFC, and no plans to get one). I'm curently installing FMIC, DS-MBC, 190, and full 3", I will be running ~17 psi on a small 16G everyday, with temperatures about as low as 20*F. But, Where I'm coming from is a non-intercooled setup with 10psi. The thing is, I dont want to buy anything that is not necessary, so there is my perdicament (sp?). Also since, I have heard of some people running mid 12s (in mirages, with a very similar setup as me) on a 1G mas with 450s!, but that sounds like they got some freakish MAS.

I nearly run mid 12's in my talon with the same setup as you and 1G mas and stock 450s. (well, trap speed anyway...i cant drive for crap)

I have a hacked stock MAS. I deal with temps as low as -10*F every day. never had fuel cut before or after hacking it. it doesnt happen to every car. its more rare than you think.
