Hope,
a few days ago my car started running like a tractor, i thought it had jumped time, it hadn't, i checked the spark fine, checked relay and all related things that would not make it start, checked ecu, so i jump wired it and it came on,so i turned it to the on position to see if i could hear the pump, nothing, so i took a towl and rapped it around the fuel filter, the filter is a month old, so i could see if fuel was coming out of the filter, nothing, so i used a jumper wire and gas was flowing fine, i checked every conection on the fuel sytem and it all had good voltage, i just do not want to buy a fuel pump, if it could be something else,

Sounds more like a coilpack my friends car ran like #### when the pack went out.. The car had 1/4 of the power it had before and would not idle verry well... Dont know if I helped or just made things worse but I hope you find the problem...
P.S his car is a 1G GST>>>>>>>>
