I warped my 1g head thats on my car and am having it resefaced and I want to build my head is there any parts that work beter then other?

you'd better check the head after the resurface. if the head is warped badly, the cams will bind when you torque them down. you will have to get the cam tower bearings line bored. then, depending on how bad the warpage was, you will now have uneven combustion chambers. look at it this way, if the head is warped so that the ends are higher than the center, then when the center is milled so it is even with the ends, metal has been removed, now the 2 center combustion chambers are not as deep as the end ones. you end up with higher compression in the center ones, and more possibility of detonation.
then, when you bolt in the cams, they will not turn, and in a severe case, they will break when you torque down the cam bearing caps.
