My rebuild

Whats up all. Well i'm rebuilding my 91 talon tsi awd. It comes with abs, 3-bolt rear, leather seats, power everything. Well I plan on something larger than a 16g. So i'm thinking t3/t4 or 20g. What deals are they on this turbo? What set-up would you recommend. Dsm-link, vpc, or aem. I'm 16 and have ok funds. My motor i want to build for 400+ I'm thinkin 95 pistons, eagle rods, redone head, new valves, don't know what cams, or crank to go with yet. Give me an idea. any other ideas. I'm shooting to get a 4-bolt rear, redone tranny with welded diff. Any other suggestions. Ohh yeah it is a chassis so I'm not doing it gradually. But i'll probably throw on a 14b while motor break in stage. cuz i will be to tempted to just go.

Damian.. you got ALOT of questions.. I suggest spending some time actually reading through the forum because alot of people have the same goals and you can learn alot just by reading rather then asking the same question.
