Has anyone had a clearance problem with the lower intercooler pipe hitting the passenger duct where the factory intercooler was? If so what was your fix?

I hated the install on my DSM-performance FMIC. I have a slightly larger unit than what they sell now, but it was horrid. I had to fashion all custom brackets. I was just at the shop that makes the intercoolers for dsm-performance on sunday and he made me a new lower pipe which works much better than their old one. He is going to use this new design to make the new pipes. The only thing I can suggest is cutting what ever is getting in your way or redesign the brackets to move the FMIC so it does not interfere.
