I just installed my ACT clutch. After I installed it I noticed that I basiclly have an on off switch for a clutch it grabs real quick. Is this normal? During brake-in should I disconnect the wastegate, or turn down the boost all the way to 9-10PSI. Anyone who has one please let me know what it was like for you, I think everything is ok but something just does'nt feel right. Thanks

I turned my boost down. But my act2600 now(10000miles 2 yrs :) ) is kinda like that. You have to learn to slip it!!!. It will come. Now I can just ease off the clutch and the car moves w/o throttle.

Clutch engagement will get better after it is broken in. When the disc is brand new, it grabs much better than after a normal break in.

And no, don't disconnect the wastegate. Just stay off the gas. You need 200 CITY miles of break in. That should mean no boost at all.

Ooops I've already put 50 miles on it but I have to admit some of it has been sprited 9lbs driving. Think I hurt anything?
