does anyone know what this is.. my CEL is on and pocketlogger states error 1400, figure its emissions related since i removed all the emissions crap

Its an MDP (MAP sensor) circuit malfunction. You probably dont have a good seal.

haha, thats what i figured.. I also got p0300 which is a misfire..
