2g Megan awd downpipe problems

Ok I am installing my Megan downpipe on me 95 tsi awd and ran into problems with it bolting up to the O2 housing. It is too big and doesn't leave clearance for the stock nuts to bolt back on. Going to look for smaller nuts to put in it's place so I can bolt it up. But has anyone else ran into this problem and where did you find nuts that fit?

yup. i don't think thats just a megan problem. you do have a flange thats the same size but has .5 bigger pipe. it happen to me, just got small nuts.

Take the studs out and use a smaller nut/bolt combo

Ok guys got it to work. What you need are (2) M12 x 1.25 17mm nuts. You can find them at home depot.
