I have the 1G NT intake manifold being used on a turbo setup. I was told I need to drill a hole for a vacuum line of some sort, since the NT intake manifold does not have it?? Let me know what I need to do. I prefer to make this one work, rather than buy another one.

Yes you will have to drill and tap one in, just look at a turbo manifold for the best spot. If I remember correcly there is acctually a little flat spot in the middle where on would go, just like the one for the FPR

here is a picture of my 1g non turbo IM that I tapped the extra port, its right above where the coil pack would be..

I was going to ask if anyone knew of a difference on the Power TR units, the sensor on the belt side of the intake manifolds? I have a 1990 turbo wiring harness from a Talon TSI, and a NT intake manifold off Talon ES, and the connector is a different size from the sensor on the IM. Was there a change in its size over the years, and between turbo to NT? Let me know, because I need this figured out. Also, can a nipple piece be gotten at Autozone, or is it somewhere else other than an auto store? And what vacuum line is hooking up to it?

That all depends on what you are trying to do.
The transistor units are different from 90. They changed in 91-94.
If you are using the 90 then you can not switch between the two..
The coil packs and the tack in your dash are different also.
In a 90 set up the tach signal comes from the coil pack and there is also a noise filter in the harness that will make the tack work. You have to use a tach out of a 90 also.
If you use the one from a 91-94 then you will need the coils and the tach out of a 91-94 car. They get the tach signal from the transistor unit and I belive the noise filter is built in not separate.
Of course you will need to use whatever harness for the appropiate year. You can splice into the different harnesses so you won't have to change the whole thing.
Here is a good site to check out will all this type of wiring on it....

There is no difference in NT to turbo (all 2.0L)

As far as I know you should be able to get a nipple at any good autoparts store.
