I need help getting my 97 passenger side fog light apart so i can change out the bulb with one the isn't burnt out. as far as i can tell the problem i am having is not having a tool to take it apart, its a star shaped screw but the catch is that there is a piece of metal so you can't insert just any screw bit. Nothing i have fits. how do i do it?

Im with DEFIANT i think the bulb comes out the back. i cant remember its been so long. But as for the screw you need to take out. The bit your needing is called a safety torx. And its either going to be a 15 or 20 safety torx.

You can get a set of security Torx bits off eBay, or at Harbor Freight. Perfect for messing with those things They Don't Want You To.
