yeah gonna give the Big 28 a wirl and hope it can keep up with the rest of the setup.. not sure if the cams will be to much for the Big 28.. I really do want to get a Green.. just cant affrod the difference right now

well i found out one of my friends moved from Colorado to Maryland and is working at Turbo XS now and they have a dyno there. He has a super super fast WRX and is very familiar with tuning so I think im gonna take my car down there after I get it running and broke in and let them go to town tuning it..

turbo xs is in gaithersburg I believe which is about 20 mins south of Baltimore..

I had the head, exhaust manifold, and turbo ported and the valve job done for 400 bucks..

Looks nice Larry! I really liked my ACT 2100 until I started putting out too much power for it. It is about as stiff as stock, but has alot better feel to it. It is good for about 300 hp. Any higher than that and you will want to replace the little 2g rods anyway. Good luck!

Did you get new lifters to put in there? If not, clean your out nice and good and lubricate them while waiting to go it.

turboxs and altered atmosphere both have AWD dynos too. and from what i understand (the last time i spoke with the owner of turboxs) they are on the same block now..

Makes me want to pull the head on my car and do all that stuff but I don't have any other car right now to drive now. I have the money but no other way to get to work. Nice parts you should be maxing out the Big28 after all is said and done. After all this you will want a bigger turbo.

no new lifters, is it ok to use brake klean on them and what to lubricate with when putting them in, engine oil i take it??
