Will this EGT probe work?

I would not recommend it. Most EGT gauges are calibrated for a specific type of prob. This probe might only be offered by the company who sells the gauge. On my car I have a probe that came from a greddy gauge hooked to an Autometer gauge. Autometer and Greddy both use a K-type thermocouple so it works. My advice to you would be to get a probe from Greddy but you could get a cheap Autometer K-type from Jegs or or the like. However with this mix and match of components 100% accuracy is not garanteed.

Most EGT probes are the same as the norm is to use a type K thermocouple (measures temperature by a change in voltage)probe. Didn't see it listed in the add but if the pic is correct, red & yellow are the "standard colours" for a type k thermocouple so it should work no problem. Only thing is you will need a connector as the greddy harness isn't a standard thermocouple plug. Make sure you get the proper male & female plugs for a Type K thermoucouple as a plug set ment for another thermoucouple will throw the readings off (because of different metals being used). I have heard TRE makes great probes though.
