ok, well I somehow broke the speedometer cable plug that plugs into the tranny- 95 TSI AWD m/t.- I am asking if there is a way to replace the whole thing- or can I replace just the plug?
There is a 3" metal shaft sticking up/ out of the slot where it goes, and the plug is obviously broken...I am afraid of my car when I dont know how fast I am going- luckily I can watch other cars- but still rather have the speedo/ 5.0- dont like us DSMers with 3" turbobacks ( cat-less:sneaky: )

Im in the same boat with you..i broke mine during the manual swap.

Yea you can just soder in a new plug on the the wiring harness.
