Hey, I'll get right to the point: just put a 1g throttle body (w/ brand new shaft seals) in my 2g AWD. Also got my int manifold ported along with my tb elbow. AND I fixed all my boost leaks (I had a lot of them). Now after all is said and done, my car feels slower and the turbo takes a lot longer to spool up. Should I get my car retuned because I have more airflow? (I use an SAFC 2) Keep in mind I have no boost leaks right now.

Did you check to see if the throttle plate was opening all the way with the gas to the floor?

Yes the throttle plate is opening 100%. The carpet is not in the way. I got new cams goin in, so I'll just get it retuned after that

Make sure your timing is correct also since you just got cams put in. Coulda advanced or retarded timing some.

Make sure you dont have boost leaks.....test n retest with soapy water.

nevermind.......it's running awesome now. I think the computer needed to readjust everything. Only thing that kinda irritates me with this 1g tb is when I go to start it cold, it idles at almost 2,000 rpm, then after a few minutes it goes down to 850 where I want it. WTF
