ok I have a question for you guys.. with my new setup I will have

Crower Springs
Crower Retainers
Crower 1mm oversized SS Valves
Crower Stage 2 Cams
Crower Cam Gears

If I get a DSMlink is there anything else I should do before changing the rev limiter to 8000rpms?

yes im running the big 28 which is being ported right now.. it holds boost till 7500 so Im assuming it will hold it to 8000.. and with the cams coming hopefully the car should still be making power up there.. if not then it may be time for something bigger

larry your ride is gonna be bad ass!! im sure all the previous worrying you were doing will all be long forgotten as soon as you get her goin' again!

With a valvetrain setup like that you shouldnt have any problem revving to 9500 if you want. Well, other than the turbo not being able to keep up. Above 7500 that turbo is seeing some phenomenal shaft speeds at pretty much any boost level above 18psi.

You might want to think about a bigger turbo. JMHO
